WHAT EXACTLY IS VENDED VINYL?

Vended Vinyl is your next event's most unique, nostalgic memory maker. A completely custom sticker vending machine that lets you impress your guests with personal, just-for-you keepsakes that they'll remember for years to come. Instead of traditional favors that often get left behind, we offer an interactive experience that perfectly complements whatever milestone you're celebrating.

HOW DOES THE STICKER VENDING MACHINE WORK?

Our premium, retro-style vending machine is setup and stocked with high-quality vinyl stickers before your event begins. Guests insert two coins (quarters are provided with your rental) and turn the knob to receive a sticker. No instructions, no supervision required. Like the nostalgic novelty machines you remember, but way cooler because it's all about you.

CAN I DESIGN THE STICKERS MYSELF?

Absolutely! Using our pre-designed templates as a starting point, we work together to create a custom sticker set just for for you based on your theme, brand, or event style. This is a part of the planning process for every event, and you're welcome to supply your own designs to inspire the final product.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RENT A STICKER MACHINE?

With three packages based primarily on guest count and event duration, Vended Vinyl sticker machine rentals start at $750 for the Classic, which includes 200 stickers and up to 3 hours of service. We offer two additional packages, Signature and Elite, and full pricing information can be viewed here. Additional stickers can be purchased a-la-carte for any package. All packages include delivery, setup, and breakdown at the end of your event.

WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVE?

Boston is our home base, but we're road trip enthusiasts who will happily pack up our gear for anywhere in New England and beyond. From intimate weddings in New Hampshire to large-scale brand activations in New York City, wherever your event is, we'll bring the same infectious energy and top-notch service. A nominal travel fee is applied to events that exceed 100 miles round-trip from Greater Boston.

HOW LONG DOES SETUP TAKE?

Setup typically takes 15-20 minutes. We'll handle delivery, placement, setup, and pickup so everything runs smoothly. Unless otherwise discussed, we arrive approximately one hour before the contracted start time to ensure your sticker machine is ready for action long before your guests arrive.

HOW MUCH SPACE IS REQUIRED FOR SETUP?

The machine has a small footprint of about 2' x 2', making it a big feature for a small space.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY EVENT IS OUTDOORS?

While we love a good outdoor celebration, our sticker vending machines are not weatherproof. If your event is taking place outside, we kindly ask that you ensure a covered area is available (like a tent, canopy, or overhang) to keep the machine and your precious stickers safe from rain or direct sunlight. We're happy to coordinate with you or your planner to ensure everything is setup smoothly, and if necessary, we can provide a popup tent for a nominal fee.

DO I HAVE TO PROVIDE QUARTERS FOR THE MACHINE?

Nope! We supply the quarters for your guests to use. It keeps the experience seamless and event-friendly. No digging for change required.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE ARE STICKERS LEFTOVER?

Any remaining stickers are yours to keep after the event!

HOW DO WE BOOK VENDED VINYL?

Head over to our Contact page to submit an inquiry for your event. We'll get back to you to finalize details, and once you're ready to move forward we'll send a contract and invoice right over! A 50% retainer is required to secure the date, with the remaining balance due before setup on the day of the event.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as ACH through our secure, online payment portal. We also accept checks, Zelle, and Venmo.

IS VENDED VINYL INSURED?

Yes, we carry full general liability insurance and we're happy to provide a certificate of insurance (COI) for your venue or event planner upon request.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS?

Yes! Enjoy 10% off for paying your balance in full upon booking. We also offer discounted rates for events held Monday through Thursday.

DO YOU HAVE ANY OTHER FEES I SHOULD KNOW ABOUT?

Additional fees may apply for travel beyond 100 miles round-trip, outdoor events without cover (we provide a weighted tent), special venue requirements, or idle time. We're all about up front pricing without the sticker shock, so we'll always disclose any applicable fees up front in your quote.
